Join us for a self-defense class unlike one you’ve ever been to before, hosted by Jenice and Mary from We Are Worth Defending. Empowerment Self-defense (ESD) is an evidence-based intervention that combines verbal, physical, and intuitive tools to set boundaries; increase confidence; and identify, escape, and heal from dangerous situations. This event is open to all students and the first 25 students who register will receive a birdie from our partners in Off-Campus Commuter and Student Engagement Office at the event!
